Refunds. Due to the unique nature of the Software, there will be no refunds offered on any account levels for either monthly or annual licensing fees. If you sign up for an account with an up-front fee, there are no refunds available. If you opt to pay once a year in advance, there is no partial refund if you decide to stop using your account during the year. Once you pay for a year up-front, your account will be live for 12 months. After the 12 months, you will re-new for a whole year. Some accounts or upgrades may require an up-front payment, and there are no refunds available once the charges have occurred.
We use a secure payment gateway – Stripe – that processes payments on our behalf. ReplyEngine does not store credit or debit card details on our website. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway.
